DETROIT — DealerShop™, the newly renamed U.S. business counterpart of Montreal-based Leader Auto Resources (LAR), a premier supplier of automotive dealership and collision center resources, has announced that Sanjay Gupta has joined the company as Director of Technology.
We have added another member to our growing team. Meet Sanjay Gupta who has joined DealerShop™ as director of technology. Sanjay brings more than 23 years of IT industry experience to his new role, including more than 14 years with T-Systems where he held several leadership positions. His career has focused on transforming enterprises with astute IT services/platforms, business and service management, sales operations/management and driving growth.
In addition, he has a breadth of experience supporting customers in automotive, manufacturing, logistics and warehouse sectors, among others. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Wayne State University and a master’s degree in finance from Walsh College.
The launch of DealerShop was officially announced on March 30, 2020, as the result of partnership between LAR and Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm. DealerShop provides resources to help increase dealership and collision center profitability while acting as a one-stop sourcing partner, leveraging a vast network to source administrative supplies and services, warehouse and direct-purchase products and capital equipment.
